    http://dlennis.wordpress.com/ 2008/ 07/ 25/ the-joys-of-reading/

The joys of reading go way beyond the pages of a book. Where you choose to read, your surroundings can go a long way toward setting a mood and enhancing the read. I met this young lady yesterday at the Old City Cemetery and Arboretum, in Lynchburg, Virginia, enjoying a book while stretched out on a blanket in the grass beneath a willow by a pond…I have enjoyed a few good reads here myself.

    http://ventnorblog.com/ open-studios-in-newport-this-weekend/

If you’re looking for recommendations for Open Studio events in the Newport area, do make sure that you check out David Knight and Mike Forrest (check out these beautiful swans produced in vitreous enamel) at the A J Wells showroom. We went along to a private view there last night and were really impressed by the new pieces created for the exhibition.
